Just received the phone and I'm not mad at it. It was listed as "good condition " but honestly should have been very good condition. One tiny non-deep scratch, but doesn't affect the screen. You can barely see it. I'm happy with it and I'm sure my grandson will be also. Would highly recommend.

Replaced a slow Samsung smartphone, appreciate TracFone giving it to me but after two years—enough.This refurb iPhone 13 did the trick. Wish new iPhones weren't so expensive—that's why even a refurb prices at $400-ish. Work at Walmart, using the WM app is about 30x faster. WiFi phone app works great (lots of free ones) & after getting right SIM card, TracFone mins still there. Refurb B grade has 256 GB, a few light screen scratches not visible when using, battery seems fine. Glad to have it!

I received the IPhone yesterday and i was more than happy with my purchase. The phone was listed as “good” condition but the phone I received looks amazing. It has one or two tiny little scratches that aren’t noticeable with a screen protector. Also, The battery life was at 99% which is way more than I expected it to be which is great. I honestly would recommend this seller if you are purchasing any phone for yourself or anybody else. Overall, the phone exceeded my expectations! + Fast shipping!

Item was as described - excellent condition! Looks brand new and no issues.Only challenge was with shipping, which isn't necessarily seller's fault. UPS was supposed to deliver in 3 days, but took twice as long. Seller was open to helping when it seemed temporarily that the package may have gotten lost. Overall would buy again from this seller!
